These two trees were on a hill near town. I started walking up the hill because on the map it said there was a lookout at the top, but a short way up the road there were signs saying 'authorised personnel only', and 'no trespassing'. They scared me away and I walked back down. But on the way I took a slight detour and got some photos, I wasn't going to come away with nothing.

'Telecom Hill' Bloke commited suicide in early 2000 by driving his landcruiser ute off the top of the lookout. Took 1 year to find his ute and body and they shut the lookout. Just go thru the hole in the fence mate. Also another good lookout about 5kms notrh of the Hilton mine turn off North of the Isa, should check it out. Benz220s
yes i will be going back there. people from townview tell me they walk up there most arvos after school. if the locals go then i go.
i hadn't heard of the northern lookout, will go find.
