This tyre must have seen all six of its landings as the plys are certainly worn from use. Who knew that BF Goodrich tyres had a history of aviation? Apparently it all started with the first tyre supplied to the Model A Ford and then the first non-stop Trans-Atlantic Crossing by Charles Lindbergh, then naturally, the Space Shuttle Columbia in 1981. A real all terrain tyre.
