Eclipse Review

A wide angle view of the the Svalbard 2015 total solar eclipse. This video lets you see and feel the atmosphere of the event as it happened at the Isfjord radio station.

Svalbard Total Solar Eclipse

This video shows a replay of the total solar eclipse on Svalbard, Friday March 20, 2015. The video was recorded with a 200mm lens and Canon 60D DSLR on a fixed tripod. It was taken from the Isfjord radio station south west of Longyearbyen, almost on the centre line of the eclipse. I was one of a lucky few who took a Basecamp Explorer expedition trip to Isfjord to see the eclipse.
