Driftwood Hut

A driftwood hut on the waterfront at Burnett Heads. I can only imagine the pleasure of living here a hundred years ago before people over ran the place. It would have been quite serene.

The Boolboonda Tunnel Sign near the tunnel entrance. Constructed in 1883/84 and 192 metres long, drilled by hand through solid rock, so solid it has not required lining or supporting to this day.
