On such a calm day it was possible to cross the Maroochy River Bar into the Maroochy River. THis shot is looking back out to sea past pincushion to the East.

Maroochy Bridge

Last weekend was the first time I had crossed the Maroochy River Bridge on foot. It is a beautiful walk along the south bank of the Maroochy River and over to the northern shore of Mudjimba.

Sitting on the Maroochy River you can find this Wilga 80 Seaplane waiting to take you for a sight seeing tour of the coast.
