Not behind yesterday's door specifically, but in the Planetary Science Department are some amazing objects under research. This is one fragment of the Murrili Meteorite, famous because it was the first meteorite fragment tracked and found with the Desert Fireball Network of cameras run by Curtin University.

Happy Leap Day

Ngilgi Caves Crystals
These unique dog tooth crystals in the Ngilgi Caves near Yalingup were formed when the pool underneath the stalactites filled with super saturated calcium carbonate solution. The stalactites stopped growing and crystals seeded on them underwater, then the water has since drained.
