One never tires of finding the unexpected. In this case it is a crab, living in a small waterhole that only has surface water for about two months each wet season. Clearly, there is permanent water here deep down in the sand that sustains this crab during the dry.

The stereotypical colour of our yellow Sun during the eclipse last week. It looks like an orange with a perfect bite taken out by the Moon. There are even a couple of very small sun spots visible in this photo.
