Unexpected Door
An unexpected door is the most interesting kind of door. Especially when climbing a steep track up a rocky mountain face and you see this at the end of the track. If only I had a key.

Up A Tree
A large conifer tree leans against the steep mountain outside Queenstown but continues to grow and hold onto the cliff. A tree that one can hardly resist climbing.

If you take a small track up a steep hill on the outskirts of Queenstown you will find this climbing crag. A stunning view and location.

Blowing Snow
The snow being blown by some strong winds at Coronet Peak. It's hard to see from the photo, but the wind here was truly blasting over this peak at greater than 30 knots.
