Warning

Warning
Some of these warning sign icons can make the dangers seem like a little too much fun. Imagine a free fall entry into a superfast slippery water slide - that would be a wet and wild super happy fun slide.

Ngungun View

Ngungun
A view from near the summit of Mount Ngungun. It's a great walk and some good exercise to get up this little mountain.

Icehouse

Icehouse 45m Down Looking down the 45m Icehouse (16) climb that I abseiled and then ascended on toprope solo. It's quite a way compared to what I'm used to, but did it just fine. Great climb, I highly recommend it. Enough jugs to keep you going for that next good hold.

Ngungun Car Park

Ngungun Car Park

When I arrived this morning to do some climbing at Ngungun there were cars all the way up past the white Subaru. The most overflowing I have ever seen the carpark here. It is a popular spot, and with good reason, the climbing is great and varied and there's a great walk with a beautiful view at the top.

The Mountains Are Calling...

Glasshouse Mountains

The mountains are calling, and it is time to climb them again after a long hiatus from the Glasshouse Region.
