Star Trails Test

A test of a Star Trails camera setup to watch the night sky near Beerwah. It certainly makes a very cool photo, just need to find a better position without a building in the way.

Relief

That is me and a face of happiness and relief of having passed the crux move on Icehouse, knowing that I'm actually going to reach the top.

Icehouse Trad Climb

Today I climbed Icehouse on belay after Sandro did all the hard work of leading and protecting the climb. This is a classic climb on Ngungun's upper cliffs, grade 16, plenty of jugs but 45 metres is a long way up. I was struggling in a few moments and I wasn't even having to place gear. Thanks for putting in the hard yakka Sandro.
