And then looking south you can see the beautiful Teewah Beach stretching to Noosa.

DI Point And Lighthouse

As I head further south around Double Island Point I took a look back at the lighthouse.

The Double Island Point Lookout Hut overlooks the immense Pacific Ocean off the east Australian coastline.

Rainbow Rocks

As I left the rocks for the trail uphill to the lighthouse, I turned and took one last look at Rainbow Beach.

Rainbow Shower

A Rainbow Beach shower in the distance as I crossed the sand bars near the end of Double Island Point.

Track Marker

On the south side of the Carlo Sandblow is this track marker at an intersection. Not too far to go to the lighthouse.

Walk Beginning

All I need to do is cross this bit of sand and walk down to the end of the point you can see in the distance about 17km away. How hard could it be?
